Dr. Matt, PhD

With over 30 years of running experience, including 20 years dedicated to ultramarathons, our coach is no stranger to pushing the limits of endurance. His diverse expertise spans CrossFit, powerlifting, obstacle course racing (OCR), and beyond. Armed with a PhD in Pathology and an insatiable thirst for knowledge, he's constantly evolving, combining cutting-edge science with real-world training to help athletes like you go further than you ever thought possible.
