You'll receive a personalized Forged Grit Performance Snapshot that includes your Overall Performance Index, Performance Gap, Primary Strength, Primary Limiter, Primary Friction, and individual performance scores.
Most people should complete the assessment in about 5–10 minutes. There are several written questions, so take enough time to give useful answers rather than rushing through them.
No. Your assessment includes both scored questions and written responses. Your results are calculated using the Forged Grit scoring framework, while your written responses provide additional context.

AI-assisted tools are used to help streamline parts of the review process by applying those predefined methods to your responses. Additional software may also be used to calculate scores, organize responses, and format your Performance Snapshot and related materials.
AI does not independently determine how Forged Grit measures performance or create the underlying assessment methodology. Your Performance Snapshot is individually reviewed before delivery.
